Your profile:

​​

• University degree in pharmacy/medical technology or similar

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a QM position in a pharmaceutical or medical technology company

• Sound knowledge of process optimization

• Sound knowledge of the applicable standards (GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, MDR & FDA)

• Sound knowledge of industry-standard and relevant measurement techniques

• Fluent German & business fluent English

• Assertiveness, ability to deal with conflict, communication skills

• Knowledge of software & hardware development in a medical environment

Your tasks: 

​

• Maintenance and continuous development of our quality management system

• Developing and implementing internal company quality processes

• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and guidelines

• Carrying out FMEA analyses

• Carrying out product, process and system audits both internally and externally (e.g. at suppliers)

• Conducting employee training on quality and safety standards

• Analyzing customer expectations and satisfaction
